How to get off campus, and level past 170?

Well first off let me say that out of all the private servers I played, this one beats them all...or most of them. And I enjoy ran tagum than any other at the moment. Though not being able to speak Tagalog(?) it kinda sucks for me... I don't understand a lot of Tagalog just a little, though i have managed to find out what to do with the little i know. But for some quest, like the one to GO OUT into the phoenix hole just isnt working. I have no idea where to locate and or find "onslaught" I've looked all over for it in the phoenix campus and even tried to get into the dorm, library, and any other place but theres no "move to this area" screen. Also along with the fisherman... I know how to get there but I have to pass a skill test and I don't know where the mobs are to pass it.

So basically all I'm saying is if there is anyone that can PLEASE help me find, or tell me where these mobs are to pass the skill test to get into the holes, and other areas that make you have these sort of quest. Along with are there any other mobs that can level me up past 170...ive tried other mobs but I get raped in like 2 hits. Thank you very much for anyone who will try to help, and thanks for who ever is in charge of these servers, and or the game

Thanks so much!!! that helped but...how do I get there lol. I dont see it on the bus stop menu...and i cant go in any holes because of the "skill test" and i still cant find those mobs to pass it.
