sa command prompt, type dxdiag pra ma chk mo kung enabled yong directx features mo. kung wala i-enable mo. pag hindi pa rin, dapat mag dl ka ng pinakabagong direct x at i-install mo.

click start, then run o di kaya press window logo together with r key, lalabas ang window na may open, i-type mo ang dxdiag then enter, paglabas ng window na directx diagnostic tool, antayin mo muna na matapos yong chk sa whql signatures, tapos click mo sa itaas yong display, tingnan mo sa ibaba left side sa directx features kung enabled ang DirectDraw Acceleration, direct3d acceleration at agp texture acceleration. kung disabled ito, sa right side nla merong button na enabled, i-click mo pra ma-enable, pagkatapos test mo directdraw at direct3d kung ok
