Knowledge about RanTAGUM Online Game-Why my skills I missed it when I hit my opponent/duel ?

Hmm.., there are some factors to be considered why your skill missed it when you hit your enemy. May be your opponent /duel has a mamaw ring or log lng jud ka(",) waaaaah
Even I, my Accuracy rating is high but I missed it for some characters here in RanTagum Online Game particularly my drain skill.
I don`t no why? I think the best thing you have to do is you will address this query to our GM so that our GM explain appropriately.
